We’ll provide you with a link to our borrower portal, where you can quickly create your profile and submit your information. Having your details on file ensures we’re ready to move fast when your next deal comes along.

Deal Analysis
Once we receive the key details about your project — such as the property address, purchase price, renovation budget, and photos — our team will review and analyze the deal to ensure it’s a strong investment opportunity. Within 24 hours, we’ll let you know how much we can lend on the project and outline the next steps.

Funding
Once your deal is approved, we can fund the closing within 5–7 days — or even sooner if needed. From there, you can get started on your project right away. Renovation funds will be released throughout the process using our simple, transparent draw system designed to keep everything moving smoothly.
